CENTER DIRECTOR / CLINIC MANAGER Calgary

Your tasks at a glance
- You have a business mindset and use your judgment in decision-making and day-to-day operations.

- You maintain quality assurance standards with your team through validation audit and established processes.
- You effectively manage and improve budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You understand and take on different technical positions as required.
A clear view of your assets
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- You are a natural leader who knows how to persuade and mobilize your team toward your vision and the achievement of objectives.
- You have a background in business development project management and sales.
- Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
- You are comfortable with computers technology and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You are organized self-disciplined and have excellent prioritization time management and problem-solving skills.
- Required: You are comfortable traveling to the head office or other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).
- Schedule: You have flexible work availability Monday-Friday as well as occasional Saturdays when required.
