Job Description
Hybrid possibilities must be willing to attend in-person meetings and presentations. Will be working with Suite-C Level Executives.
RFP Process Management
A team of dedicated HR consultants will partner with key internal stakeholders to produce collate analyze and provide recommendations for the client regarding their insurance broker of choice.
In order to move through the project efficiently it will be divided into six phases.
- Phase I: Information Gathering
- Phase II: Tool development
- Phase III: Analysis
- Phase IV: Review
- Phase V: Recommendations
- Phase VI: Contracting/ Negotiations
An on-going meeting cadence will be established at the projects onset. As a local resource DCSI would be happy to attend key meetings in person.
Phase I: Information Gathering
- The project team will meet with key internal stakeholders to better understand the needs of the organization
- Culture
- Total compensation philosophy
- Utilization
- Future expansion plans
- Consultants will review current guidance documents such as the strategic plan to inform organizational priorities
Phase II: RFP Tool Development
- The project team will work to create a compressive RFP document which is representative of all of the key factors established in Phase I.
- The completed tool will be based on objective measurable factors and HR best practices.
- The project team will determine the best vehicle to deliver the RFP to increase participation and ease in tracking.
- DCSI consultants will determine the correct vendor contacts and will provide the RFP to up to ten (10) participants.
Phase III: Analysis
- The project team will work with internal stakeholders to determine a grading system for all responses.
- Criteria will be weighted based on importance to the organization.
- DCSI will facilitate the weighting of all responses as well as participate and provide feedback to the internal team.
Phase IV: Review
- DCSI consultants will manage the process with neutrality and will correlate and present all data without firm names to increase objectivity.
- Following the completion of Phase I the three (3) top-rated respondents will be requested to present their offerings in person.
- DCSI will facilitate presentation format logistics and requirements.
- The project team will act as the intermediary between the client and the prospective vendors and address all questions ensuring consistency in all presentations.
Phase V: Recommendations
- DCSI consultants will correlate all client responses as well as provide feedback to the client.
- DCSI will facilitate and guide a selection meeting in which all responses are reviewed analyzed and a final decision is made.
Phase VI: Contracting
- Should the client request assistance DCSI consultants will aid in the completion of the contracting process to ensure a quick delivery and fair terms.
- DCSI consultants will liaise with the client and vendor of choice to ensure the contracting process is efficient and equitable.
