Job Description
Description of the role:
Preferred Care at Home of Northwest New Jersey is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in Landing NJ. CHHAs will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities for clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Escort clients to appointments and outings.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Home Health Aide in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- MMR vaccination or MMR titer test
- PPD (within last year) or Chest X-Ray
- Work Physical (within last year)
