Job Description
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis competitor benchmarking and internal data insights.
- Lead financial due diligence for Daisy and other franchisee transactions
- Conduct root cause analysis on underperforming areas of the business (pricing operations sales effectiveness etc.).
- Act as an internal consultant to business units recommending improvements in financial performance cost management or operational effectiveness.
- Build complex Excel models to forecast revenue costs unit economics and ROI.
- Use scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and risks under different strategies.
- Evaluate new business initiatives (e.g. launching in a new market new product lines) through DCF NPV IRR and other methodologies.
- Partner with executives and teams across product and operations to align financial plans with technical constraints and business goals.
- Help drive annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles aligning them with long-term goals.
- Advanced Excel experience (nested formulas macros pivot tables sensitivity tables etc.)
- Engineering or other quantitative STEM degrees with a strong interest in business.
- Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic finance function at a high-growth company.
- Naturally curious and analyticalenjoys digging into data and asking why
- Confident in ambiguous environments; ability to turn unstructured problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders and explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Monday - Friday remote workplace with up to 20% travel to various job sites and branches.
