Physician, Family Medicine - Gurnee, IL

Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician for practice opportunity at our Gurnee (15 Tower Court) practice. The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Family Medicine Physician
• Hours: Full-time
• Pay Range: $222369 (10th Percentile) - $356709 (75th Percentile) - As a valued member of an integrated team your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to FTE prior experience certifications degrees subspecialties projected volumes and quality performance.

What you will need:

• License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending
• Certification: The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

What you will do:

Development of a clinical practice.

A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours to include morning/evening/weekend hours.

Participation in weekend and weekday call.

Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
