As a Human Resource Analyst 3 you will be supporting Engineering District 4-0 by providing interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements for managers and supervisors. Work involves participating in and coordinating fact-finding investigations as well as investigating and recommending resolution of arrests charges and convictions of any employee or prospective employee in accordance with the Governors Code of Conduct. You will also have the opportunity to present cases at Eastern or Western Joint Area and State Committees. Additional responsibilities include:
