What youll be doing:

• The people we support are adults who may have learning difficulties and/or mental health.
• Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
• Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• Maintain and develop their community links as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
• This is within a Supported Living service with 11 individual apartments with up to 12 PWS with on- site parking facilities.

Who you are:

• Able to work independently multitask organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Flexible due to service requirements as shifts can include days evenings weekends and sleeps
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner hands-on and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
