This position requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail as you will be managing and monitoring client accounts using the Guardian Accounting Program (GAP). You will also be expected to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Working under the direct supervision of the Guardian Officer your role will involve providing guardianship services to incapacitated clients at the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) and the Office of Developmental Programs facilities. It is essential that you possess a strong understanding of advanced bookkeeping and accounting principles in order to effectively carry out the tasks required in this role.
