Driver Recruiter Make a Daily Impact in a Mission-Driven Team
In-Office Role Location: Sterling VA Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Were hiring aDriver Recruiter to play a key role in the engine of our business: recruiting independent contractor drivers who help us deliver on our promise. Youll be at the center of our 24/7/365 operationbuilding relationships maintaining a pipeline of qualified drivers and ensuring we always have the right people in the right place at the right time.
What Youll Do:
- Proactively source contact and screen prospective drivers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline based on vehicle type location and route availability
- Collaborate closely with operations to match staffing needs with strategic hiring
- Represent Excel Couriers values with professionalism urgency and care
What You Bring:
- 1 year of experience recruiting independent contractor drivers in a transportation/logistics setting
- Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in an office-based purpose-driven culture
Important Details:
- This role is 100% in-office and cannot be performed remotely or in hybrid format
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
- We participate in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility
