Groundskeeper

Schlossmanns Subaru City is looking for a Groundskeeper!

The Dealership Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness safety and appearance of the dealerships exterior grounds and surrounding areas. This includes landscaping general maintenance snow/ice removal (seasonal) and ensuring the dealership lot is clean and organized to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Job Expectations

• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots walkways and display areas

• Trim shrubs pull weeds and perform other landscaping duties

• Sweep blow and pressure wash exterior surfaces regularly

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and lot during winter months

• Ensure all trash and debris are removed from the grounds and trash bins are emptied

• Maintain outdoor signage flags and banners

• Perform basic repairs to fences curbs or outdoor fixtures as needed

• Notify management of any safety hazards or maintenance issues

• Support general facility upkeep including cleaning windows and exterior walls

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs

• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
