Whats your day like

As a CNA with CBRF Certifications at Four Winds Manor Inc. in Verona you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living to ensure their optimal health and safety.

You will monitor their health and emotional status follow physician orders related to medication and treatments and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Youll serve meals assist with feeding and engage residents in activities all while actively listening to their needs and concerns. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining organized and clean environments including kitchen and medical supplies.

You will work collaboratively with licensed nurses to report changes in resident conditions and perform vital sign checks as required. This role emphasizes a commitment to excellent care and effective communication as you support our residents daily.
