Our client in Horsham PA is looking for an inspector to join their team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company! They have been in business for 50 years and are in constant growth mode.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurate and timely record keeping.
*Able to read and interpret drawings POs and specifications.
*Demonstrate appropriate skill with basic precision measuring tools and electronic measurement & test equipment.
*Inspection of electronic components pre & initial assembly of PCBs and electronic subassemblies..
*Verification of proper application of conformal coatings.
*Review Shop Order documentation and determine that all required operations have been completed prior to the inspection for that stage.
*Determine that the required documents are available and at the current revision before starting the inspection.
*Performs Receiving and In-process A (Pre-Assembly) inspections in accordance with the applicable OPPI procedures and work instructions.
*Accurately assigns and records sub-assembly serial numbers (if applicable) and records in the appropriate logs.
*Works with minimal supervision and takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work.
*Knowledge of ISO 9001 AS9100 MIL & IPC Spec requirements.
*Is responsible for keeping their assigned work area in a neat and presentable condition at all times.
*Other duties as assigned

*Skilled in the use of basic precision measuring instruments and electrical test & measuring instruments.
*Ability to interpret basic schematic diagrams.
*Ability to read understand and execute inspection processes as documented by procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Good Communication Skills
Basic Math Skills
Good Computer skills (Word Outlook Excel etc.)
Must have a minimum of 20/25 (corrected) vision and color perception.
