As an Emergency Planning Officer you will take the lead on emergency preparedness across one or more local authorities supporting planning response and recovery efforts. You will provide expert advice to officers and elected members develop and maintain emergency and business continuity plans and help deliver training and exercises to ensure readiness across the county.
You will also be part of a 24/7 out-of-hours duty rota providing critical support during incidents and helping to safeguard Suffolks residents.
