About role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Smart Buildings team as a BMS Estimator for Major Projects where youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent energy-efficient environments.
Working across a portfolio of large-scale commercial and public sector developments youll be responsible for producing precise commercially sound estimates for Building Management Systems (BMS).Success in this role means being more than just accurateyoull be a valued contributor trusted advisor and key part of a team that consistently delivers high-quality results in a fast-paced future-focused environment.
What youll be doing:
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding sales and engineeringand external clients to develop high-quality estimates for BMS projects.
- Deliver accurate costings that ensure project viability profitability and alignment with client requirements.
- Analyse project specifications and propose tailored BMS solutions that drive energy performance and system efficiency.
- Maintain a sharp eye for commercial and technical risk while ensuring estimates support successful project delivery.
- Influence decision-makers through your technical insight and commercial acumen.

- Proven experience in estimating or a related role within the Building Management Systems (BMS) or building controls sector.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to engage stakeholders across various disciplines.
