A high-potential junior team member to support the Transformation Office the ACI aviation project and the e-BL project tasks. The role requires agility structured thinking and strong learning capabilities. The selected individual will work closely with the Transformation Manager on all related operational analytical and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of reports trackers and dashboards
Document meeting notes technical decisions and follow-up actions
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. MTS Customs OGAs)
Help maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are monitored
Support the review and analysis of system workflows and business processes
Follow up on assigned tasks and escalate delays or blockers
Participate in workshops system testing sessions or pilot implementations as required
Requirements and Qualifications
Fresh graduate (02 years of experience)
Graduate of AUCGUC or Cairo University or an equivalent international institution
Bachelors degree in EngineeringBusiness AdministrationEconomicsComputer Science or related field
Strong academic performance (minimum GPA equivalent of 3.2 or Very Good and above)
Proven ability to learn quickly and handle diverse tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with project tools is a plus
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualities
Internship or extracurricular experience in logistics or technology
Exposure to digital transformation eGov or trade facilitation projects is a plus
Self-motivated with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
