YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU...

- Have helped build a cohesive product family not just standalone items.
- Sweat the detail a wheel system that glides smoother a closure that just works or a weight saving requiring some hard thinking.
- Bring a refined sense of taste and styling. Care deeply about visual harmony and brand alignment.
- Can take hand-wavy emotive inputs and turn them into real manufacturable designs that people can touch use and love.
- You take pride in the final 10% the part where ideas become products and details make the difference.
- Have worked directly with Asian manufacturing partners and understand how to get things made at scale.
- Have worked in both structured teams and scrappy ones and bring a healthy curiosity about how things could be done better.
EVEN BETTER IF YOU
- Have experience with sustainable materials or processes and think creatively about how to use them well.
- Have helped build a travel gear category or have strong thoughts about what a great one should look like.
- Think luggage should feel human thoughtful and understated not industrial or over-engineered.

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK YOU MIGHT HAVE...
- Sketched early concepts for a new travel bag while considering materials weight distribution and functional needs
- Reworked a prototype after testing revealed a weak point in the wheel housing
- Joined a team workshop to map out the future of Bellroys luggage range exploring what to build next and what will set us apart
- Talked with a supplier about a promising eco-shell material and asked the right questions to understand its limitations and potential
- Debated with the team (in good humour) whether we really need another pocket or if simplicity would serve better
- Reviewed customer feedback to identify key friction points and translated those into meaningful design improvements
- Scoped out the long term plan for our luggage category and identified the skills and resources well need to grow it well
