Salary Range:$80184 to $130910plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role
Religious Education Teachers play a vital role in nurturing students relationship with God while deepening their knowledge of Catholic beliefs values and practices. Guided by the CECG-approved Religious Education Curriculum the teacher designs engaging and meaningful learning experiences that promote spiritual and moral growth encourage respect for others and foster personal faith development. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching.
- Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
To teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (to be a Religious Education Teacher) a teacher must:
- Be Catholic;
- Provide a reference from a current Parish Priest; and
- Have completed or be due to complete Accreditation D Teach Religious Education in a Catholic school in accordance with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn Policy.
