Job Description

Position Description:

The ePMO Program/Project Manager collaborates with Executive and Business sponsors to successfully implement new capabilities and streamline business IT and operational processes through the delivery of enterprise-wide projects and project management services.

This role requires the application of effective project management principles and methodologies to manage individual projects or a portfolio of projects. The ePMO PM is responsible for planning coordinating tracking and delivering projects that align with organizational strategic goals. Additionally the ePMO PM liaises with diverse stakeholders across business and technology domains to ensure project integrity and success while fostering strong partnerships across various departments within the organization.

This role is based in Canton MA; in a Hybrid Working Model

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Manage all the phases of the program/project management life cycle including but not limited to budgeting / financial management and external vendor management driving successful execution of the project through high quality product and service delivery.
Responsible for implementation of tools and methodologies that are used by the delivery teams to manage project scope schedule budget risk and resource tracking for both Agile and/or Waterfall projects utilizing change management for tracking changes to scope duration and budget.
Organize teams across business and technology facilitate communication between cross functional teams and develop professional relationships to communicate through all levels from individual contributors to IT/Business leadership.
Identify evaluate and escalate risks / issues and challenges through the appropriate organization chain of command along with proposed mitigations and strategies.
Coach and mentor fellow project coordinators / project managers and effectively lead in a matrix environment. This would include proactive identification of conflicts and their management.
Ability to influence project sponsor owner project teams and extended stakeholders and provide thought leadership and successfully drive the organizational initiatives to closure.
Instrumental in effectively managing challenging dynamics to effectively reach positive outcomes by leveraging outstanding verbal and written skills.
Facilitate joint application planning and review sessions to ensure that the teams are aligned with the identified scope and eventually mobilize the teams for desired outcomes.
Effectively facilitate manage and provide oversight of multiple vendors achieving successful deliverables.
Manage key stakeholder relationships to achieve deliverable approvals for key milestones.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

10-15 years of project management experience.
Prior Heath Care Payor business and/or health insurance operations experience
Proven experience with EDI transactions HIPAA standards
Experience working with and managing multiple vendors
Prior Medicaid experience
Minimum 2 years experience in process management.
Proven Risk Management experience; ability to identify assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience with CQI TQM PDCA PMBOK or other formal improvement techniques.
Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes.
Experience interacting and presenting weekly to leadership (VP SVP CXO)

Desired skills:
Experience with Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC) desired


Education: University Bachelors Degree

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96500.00 - $185800.00.
