Job Description
Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Representative to join our Billing team. While this is an entry-level position prior billing or accounts receivable experience is required. If you have experience handling invoices payment processing or resolving billing issues and are ready to grow in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate across departments to resolve billing questions efficiently and professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients (calls email tickets chat) regarding billing inquiries payments and account issues.
- Process and reconcile customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor aging reports and assist in reducing past-due balances through proactive outreach and collection efforts.
- Learn and navigate billing tools and systems such as TBS Hubspot and .
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in billing accounts receivable or invoice-related customer service is required. (This is not a training role for someone without prior billing exposure.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Confidentiality professionalism and attention to detail in every interaction.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and digital tools (Excel Google Sheets etc.).
- Experience with payment platforms merchant services or subscription billing tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuit of a degree in Accounting Finance or Business is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Rate of Pay: starting at $19.23/hour
Schedule: 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday
