Job Description
HPC-Industrialpowered by Clean Harbors inBaytown TXis looking for an Safety Foreman to join their safety conscious team at a customer site!TheSafety Foremanis responsible for supervising LDAR Technicians for specific projects including ensuring health and safety organization and program requirements are adhered to and the work is performed on time and within budget. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality timely industrial services.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize crews delegate job responsibilities and verify the appropriate equipment is available and on-site to complete the project/job.
- Work with Supervisors in the allocation of manpower equipment and other resources needed for the day.
- Communicate with field service specialist to ensure contractual obligations are met including preparing and submitting project progression status reports and ensuring change orders are completed and communicated and executed before any additional work is performed.
- Responsible for the health and safety issues on assigned projects/jobs.
- Responsible to report work-related accidents and incidents to supervision in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Health and Safety and Supervision
- Leadership supervisory and mentoring skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Industry and Supervisory Experience
- Must be able to withstand exposure to dust chemical & environmental fumes (chemical & fluids) exhaust & highly pressurized fluids.
Qualifications
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial
- Bachelors Degree in Health and Safety or Environmental Studies preferred
- Valid drivers license & clean driving record required
- TWIC required
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes manifesting & Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) (preferred).
- NCCER - All Levels required
- H2S Certificate required
