Tasks
This role involves leading and supporting SAP S/4HANA Customer Service implementations optimizing business processes and ensuring successful ERP deliveries in an international fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT or business technology roles with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP ERP experience.
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations particularly in the Customer Service module.
- Strong understanding of SAP dependencies with other modules supporting customer service workflows.
- Experience in global environments working across diverse teams and cultures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
