Job Description
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess student progress and academic performance.

- Masters degree in Education or related field.
- Valid state Principal certification or licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership.

- Experience with data analysis and interpreting student performance metrics.
- Proven track record of successful staff management and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain community relationships.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
