Job Description
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and detailed patient assessments.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct clinical research and participate in academic activities within the institution.
- Mentor and supervise medical interns and junior staff as required.
- Adhere to medical guidelines and regulations to ensure patient safety.
- Stay current with advancements in internal medicine and medical technologies.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote health education.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- MD or DNB in General Medicine.
- State medical council registration.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of internal medicine practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in conducting research and publishing scientific papers.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Continuous learner with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- Basic knowledge of medical regulations and legal issues in healthcare.
