Job Description
Location: Mumbai India
About Us:
We are a leading healthcare services provider specializing in building and managing networks of healthcare providers for corporate clients. We are looking for a NETWORK Executive to source negotiate and onboard healthcare providers ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify evaluate and onboard hospitals diagnostic centers and clinics to expand the provider network.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Establish long-term partnerships with healthcare providers to maintain service quality and continuity.
- Monitor vendor performance ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and resolve grievances related to vendor services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and procurement best practices to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management Supply Chain or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in procurement vendor management or healthcare networks.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience in CRM development and project planning.
- Fluent in English Hindi and Marathi; Gujarati is a plus.
