Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute display advertising strategies aligned with business goals including brand awareness lead generation or sales objectives.
- Ad Creation and Targeting: Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging display ads utilizing appropriate targeting techniques such as demographic contextual and remarketing options.
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate budget efficiently across campaigns ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor ongoing campaigns analyze data and make adjustments to bidding strategies targeting and creatives to optimize performance.
- A/B Testing: Conduct regular split tests to improve ad effectiveness and conversion rates (ad formats copy targeting etc..
- Reporting and Insights: Generate and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing particularly changes to the Google Display Network industry benchmarks and emerging ad formats.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all campaigns follow Google s advertising policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a strong focus on Google Display Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Ads including hands-on experience with the Google Display Network (GDN).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Tag Manager and third-party ad management platforms.
- Experience with remarketing/retargeting strategies and dynamic display ads.
- Creative mindset and ability to work with design teams to create visually compelling ads.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
- Experience working with large-scale ad budgets.
- Knowledge of programmatic buying is an advantage.
