Job Description
Looking for a leader to set up O&M (Operations & Maintenance) vertical for an Engineering company providing turnkey solutions covering every stage for treatment of raw & processed water. Their customized solutions in Effluent treatment plants Zero Liquid Discharge Evaporators & Dryers help their clients in Pharma Metal Chemical Food Agri and other in optimizing operational expenditure.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader to develop expand and lead their Operations & Maintenance (O&M) spare services after-sales services division at pan India level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth ensuring operational excellence and managing client relationships for industrial waste water treatment systems including ZLD ETPs etc. This is a Profit & Loss (P&L) role where the selected candidate will be accountable for business revenue cost optimization and overall profitability of the O&M Spares and Services division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the O&M Spares and Services business vertical by aligning the division strategy with overall company goals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for O & M contracts spare parts sales and retrofitting /up gradation services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine service offerings.
- Develop pricing strategies and cost models for service contracts.
- Ensure efficient of O&M contracts maintaining high safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with project teams for seamless commissioning-to-O&M transition.
- Optimize spare parts planning procurement and inventory management for timely availability.
- Develop strong vendor partnerships to ensure timely supply of critical components.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and quick response to client issues.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Ensure proper training and skill development for the O&M and service teams.
Qualifications
- Engineering with a management background.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in O&M after-sales service and spare parts management preferably in industrial water treatment ZLD ETP or process equipment industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of ZLD ETPs and process equipment.
- Proven track record in sales business development P&L management and team leadership.
- Exceptional leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data derive insights and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
