Java Microservices Developer
Overview
The Java Microservices Developer plays a crucial role in the design development and implementation of scalable and high-performance applications. This position is essential for organizations looking to keep up with the rapid technological advancements in software development through microservices architecture. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development especially in Java.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot Spring MVC and other related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud service providers e.g. AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Understanding of security practices in application design and development.
