Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Production Support
Work Location: 3800 W. 143rd Street Cleveland OH 44111

Schedule:

  • Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

  • Hours: 40 hours/week with possible overtime

  • Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid

  • Training: Week 1 on day shift for orientation

Type: Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and headcount availability)


Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual with strong Excel and data entry skills to support our production environment. This is a hands-on role involving hourly data collection throughout the plant followed by accurate data entry in Microsoft Excel and Oracle systems. Candidate must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and walking frequently between buildings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect hourly production data by walking through plant areas

  • Input and revise data accurately using Microsoft Excel

  • Update Oracle databases as required

  • Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as needed

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity

  • Communicate issues or delays effectively to appropriate teams

  • Follow PPE requirements and adhere to plant safety standards


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: 1 years in data entry clerical work or a similar administrative role

  • Technical:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

    • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook

    • Comfortable learning and using Oracle or other databases

  • Other Requirements:

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Time management and problem-solving skills

    • Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

    • Ability to interact and collaborate with various departments


Working Conditions:

  • This is not an office-based role

  • Majority of shift will involve standing and walking

  • Housekeeping duties may be required

  • Must be clean-shaven on Day 1 for respirator fitting


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required:

  • Steel-toe shoes

  • Hard hat

  • Lab coat

  • Safety glasses

  • Respirator (fitting on Day 1 no facial hair)
