Job Description

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Correctional Facility - Marysville OH

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced LPN. SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!

Shift Timing : 6:45am-7:30pm- Must be available any day of the week /13.2 hour days working 3 days a week and one weekend day a week

Requirements

Requirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

MUST hold a current CPR Certification.

MUST hold active LPN license.

Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures

Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to RNs

- OH License and CPR/BLS
