Profile Requirements:

  • Min Two years fexperience within an administrative role or similar
  • A high attention to details particularly while completing data entry
  • Solid communications skills both verbal and written
  • An ability to work in a team environment whilst also being able to work autonomously as needed
  • An ability to solve problems working through the best possible outcomes for
  • the customer at all times
  • Confidence in working under pressure and prioritising work as needed
  • Comfortable managing tasks and seeing through to completion
  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry well regarded
  • Enthusiasm and interest in mortgage credit assessment

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage new applications and valuations sent in - including completing data entry within relevant systems
  • Organise and order valuation quotes and reports
  • Conduct constant follow ups with providers to achieve positive customer
  • experiences
  • Perform searches and verify information in line with company guidelines
  • Develop strong relationships with third-party introducers and ensure that service
  • levels are consistently met
  • Work with and support the Credit team responding to any queries in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. valuers solicitors) as required
