- Deliver high-quality technical support for Avaya communication systems and products
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Avaya platforms including IP Office and Aura
- Analyze and diagnose network-related problems affecting Avaya systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical configurations
- Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding issue resolution and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Avaya technologies and industry trends
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage
- Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Avaya systems support
- Strong knowledge of Avaya communication systems and products including IP Office and Aura platforms
- Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP and SIP
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Avaya certifications (e.g. ACSS ACIS or APSS) preferred
- Strong understanding of telecommunications and unified communications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with technical documentation and report writing
