Job Description
Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Katy TX
Pay: $1000 - $5000
As an Appointment Setter youll be responsible for engaging with shoppers in a retail environment explaining our services and booking appointments for our sales team. Your main role is to be the first point of contact friendly knowledgeable and motivated helping customers take the first step toward a more energy-efficient home.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach and engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide a brief explanation of our products and services
Identify potential customer needs and schedule appointments for follow-up
Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Willingness to learn about our products and services
Dependable motivated and comfortable working independently
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
