Sharpcontra is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail operations team in Santa Ana CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with purchases in a friendly and professional manner
Operate cash registers handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints when necessary
Assist with stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory in the front area
Follow company procedures for returns exchanges and loss prevention
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a retail or cashier role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Punctual reliable and professional demeanor
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
