We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues promptly and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a professional and timely manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers concern and determining the best solution

  • Maintain records of customer interactions transactions and feedback

  • Process orders forms and requests accurately

  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and company policies

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
