Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a professional and timely manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers concern and determining the best solution

Collaborate with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
Stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
