This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) requiring flexibility including working alternate weekends. You will also be required to participate in an on-call rota. The role involves a balance of community-based work and office-based responsibilities shared with the wider team.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential as the role involves travel throughout West Lothian to visit clients and support our team of care assistants.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct staff supervisions support visits and competency checks.
- Care Coordinator responsibilities building and maintaining effective and efficient schedules/rotas around our clients and Care Professionals.
- Develop excellent relationships with both clients and Care Professionals so both can enjoy positive experiences.
- Support care consultations service reviews and client quality assurance activities.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Complete client care visits as and when needed in line with operational requirements.
Qualifications :
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services is desirable. This could be from working in a care home as a Healthcare Assistant Support Worker or in the NHS.
- Experience of working with MAR sheets (eMar) and medication in a supervisory role.
- Highly resilient and positive with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
- Must have full driving license and means of transport to visit clients.
- Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
