Job Description
We are currently seeking a Workday HR Consultant to join our growing team. If youre passionate about HR technology problem-solving and making a real impact we want to hear from you.
What will be your Key Responsibilities
As a Workday HR Consultant youll play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions that improve HR processes and drive business value.
Youll work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their Workday vision to life.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM modules including Core HCM Talent or Workforce Management
- Lead or support the implementation configuration and optimization of Workday solutions for clients.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Conduct testing training and documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday HCM (Workday certification in one or more modules is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Proactive solution-driven mindset; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English Dutch and/or French is required
