Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different functions with in LPS and drive for improvement projects
- Propose ideasBusiness processes to improve the business excellence with in LPS
- Responsible for contributing to the organisational strategic planning and decision-making process
- Support the DH and team leaders with in administrative tasksbudget planning
- Drive the digitalization projects
- Support for department presentation slides preparation for customer visits
- Keeping the department info update in intranet and in other department communications
- Support for concept generation and coordinating for workshops which are planned in department
- Standardization and documentation of processes
- Finding the suitable digitalization platform for department processes
Qualifications :
BE/ Electronics Engineering with 1 Years experience in from Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
Preferably from Automotive Electronics Industry.
Additional Information :
Competencies required.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Tool like Microsoft Project Power PointWord document etc
- Experience in SAP systems
- Good understanding of Electronics manufacturing process tools and systems
- Experience/ knowledge of Bill-of-Material (BOM) schematic layout
- Demonstrated ability to plan complex programs including schedule risk and requirements management
- Consistently strives to meet and exceed process and quality standards
- Excellent communication Negotiation and Entrepreneurial skills
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and is aware of market dynamics
- Convincingly presents own ideas and concepts to different target audiences
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of other functional areas
- Demonstrates basic functional knowledge and applies it skillfully
