Your Role
As a valued Speech Pathologist on our team you will:
Manage a diverse caseload and deliver timely effective therapy
Provide essential speech pathology services in schools homes and the community
Conduct assessments including clinical observations and standardised tools to set individualised goals
Deliver evidence-based interventions that make a meaningful impact on participants lives
Collaborate with our large supportive multidisciplinary team
(For senior clinicians) Mentor and support early career team members
Stay informed and compliant with current NDIS guidelines and practices

Qualifications :
To Be Considered You Will Have:
Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist (new graduates also encouraged to express interest for future opportunities)
Strong time management and organisational skills to effectively handle a diverse and dynamic caseload
A proactive and growth-oriented mindset eager to innovate and learn from new approaches
A desire to work in a fun collaborative and supportive team environment
A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
