Job Description
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a previous hotel management experience
- Ensure the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the departments qualitative and quantitative targets
- Be in charge of the organisation and quality of Reception and Housekeeping
- Convey the hotels image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude warm and friendly welcome availability and frequent presence in the field
- Manage and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and the quality
- Improve the departments results by increasing sales and the productivity
- Lead and brings life to Accor projects and identity features in the department.
- Carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly DM ROTA and business needs.
