Your Role at a Glance

As a Slovak-Speaking Client Relations Specialist youll be vital to our mission of delivering top-tier customer service. Youll serve as the main point of contact for our Slovak-speaking clients handling their questions solving problems and guiding them through various services related to a prominent consumer product. Your contribution is critical for ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the excellent reputation of our partner brand.

This is a fully on-site position at our modern offices in Sofia which promotes close teamwork and a vibrant work environment.

What Youll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

Your duties will be varied all centered around providing exceptional client service:

1. Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Provide professional courteous and efficient support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels including phone email and potentially chat (depending on project needs).
  • Handle a wide array of client inquiries such as product information service details troubleshooting assistance order status and general account management for a leading consumer goods brand.
  • Actively listen to client concerns ask clarifying questions to fully understand their needs and offer clear concise and effective solutions.
  • Ensure proactive follow-up on client cases when necessary guaranteeing complete issue resolution and client satisfaction.

2. Issue Resolution & Product Expertise:

  • Identify and resolve client problems with an empathetic solution-oriented approach utilizing your growing knowledge of the product and associated services.
  • Efficiently escalate complex or technical issues to specialized internal teams ensuring the client remains informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Effectively use our internal systems and CRM tools to accurately document all client interactions and relevant information.
  • Stay continuously informed about new product releases updates promotions and company policies to provide clients with accurate and current information.

3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Work effectively with team members supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills expand your knowledge and stay current with industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our client service processes by identifying recurring issues sharing insights and suggesting potential solutions or enhancements.
  • Assist in creating and updating helpful client-facing resources such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

While previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is helpful it is not a strict requirement. 1. Language Skills:

  • Native or C2-level proficiency in Slovak is essential. You must have an exceptional command of Slovak enabling you to communicate clearly precisely and accurately both verbally and in writing and understand subtle communication.
  • Proficient in English (at least B2 level). A solid working knowledge of English is needed for internal communication training and using our systems.

2. Abilities & Background:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovak with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine client-first mindset.
  • Highly empathetic patient and able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn and navigate new software internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
