Join Our Team as an Reservation Agent Italian Speaker.
*Only candidates based in Malta*

What Youll Do:
- Customer Assistance: Help customers over the phone social media chat and email with any airline-related inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Provide top-notch customer service and solve issues in a fun and engaging way.
- Independent Work: Bring your can-do attitude initiative and reliability to the table every day!
Who Are We Looking For
- Youre fluent in Italian (essential).
- English Language C1
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and love interacting with people.
- Youre proactive reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Youve got basic computer skills (preferably with an ECDL certificate).
- Youve had previous experience in customer care.

- 5.50/hr (1st month of employment - training)
- 7.48/hr (2nd month onwards)
- 7.74/hr (7th month onwards)
- 8.21/hr (after 1 year performance-based)
