Job Description
WCF is an A Rated insurance carrier that is growing in the western U. S. and is looking for an applicant that wants to join a company with a great culture competitive pay and benefits. The Sales and Distribution department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF Insurance values to join their team as a Sales Assistant. This is a full-time non-exempt position based in WCFs Roseville/Sacramento office. This posting is open to internal and external candidates and may be available for a hybrid work from home/office schedule after training.
Responsibilities
- Assist the regional vice president with territorial analysis and trends.
- Assist assigned sales manager in preparation of reports presentations schedules meetings and events.
- Coordinate services for events such as facilities catering signage displays and printing for the sales managers.
- Handle agency requests and portal support.
- Run and review with sales manager reports and territory analysis necessary to inform agents of performance.
- Work with sales managers and other departments to create event schedules agendas etc
- Coordinate respond and follow-up with projects given by the department leaders.
Qualifications
The most qualified applicants will have:
- Associates degree bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in office support or insurance related industry.
- Good researching and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft word excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently.
Minimum pay for this position is $27.40/ hour.
An internal candidate should have 6 months in their current position. Candidates should have acceptable job performance and a good attendance record in their current position and must notify their current supervisor that theyve applied for the position.
