Job Description

Job Summary

Corewell Health is seeking an Administrator for Pine Ridge in Stevensville Michigan. Reporting to the Senior Director Rehab and Nursing this role will have responsibility authority and accountability for direction and leadership of the Long-Term Care services at Pine Ridge. The Administrator provides strategic planning for developing implementing and analyzing assigned responsibilities.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain responsibility for operational leadership. Direct the activities of management professional technical and clerical personnel. Organize administrative activities that involve strategic planning new programs productivity to ensure high quality cost-effective care is provided at Hospital

  • Develop implement coordinate and monitor departmental programs including quality assurance activities. Assure compliance with all State Federal rules and regulations.

  • Responsible for providing staff and assigned departments with development. Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development.

  • Contribute to the philosophy of Eden Alternative within the organization.

  • Establish and maintain open professional and positive communication in all aspects of job performance.

Candidate Qualifications

Required

  • Required bachelors degree or equivalent

  • 5 years of relevant experience in the health care setting with demonstrated creative and innovative clinical and business leadership ability required. Required

  • 5 years of relevant progressive management experience. Required

  • Licensed-Nursing Home Administrator - State of Michigan Upon Hire required

Preferred:

  • Preferred masters degree
