- Sales: Promote and sell D1 retail products including apparel water and other merchandise to clients.
- Client Check-Ins: Efficiently manage client check-ins for classes ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all members.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients answering questions and addressing concerns to foster a positive atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging environment for clients and staff alike.
- Facility Maintenance: Help keep the facility clean and organized ensuring a welcoming space for all members.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about D1 products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferably in a retail or fitness setting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
