Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Material management including recording/tracking consumption daily
- Material reconciliation
- Create and disseminate job status and tracking reports
- Asbuilting
- Project coordination and tracking
- Cost/Revenue analysis
- Unbilled review
- AR aging reporting and customer follow-up
- Job setup
- Manage and traffic job documents i.e. schedules scope budget invoicing and asbuilt docs
- Maintain schedules track milestones
- Provide total back-office support
- Actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
- Computer skills required: MS Office Adobe; Database experience a plus
- 1 year telecom/cable project coordination preferred
- Effective verbal & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional ability to perform under pressure
- Outstandingly motivated & aggressive self-starter
- Requires thorough understanding of company processes
