Qualifications youll bring:

  • Associates degree in Marketing Sales Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education & related experience

  • Experience in positions where adherence to strict confidentiality is required
  • Licensure Requirement: NYS and CT Life Accidental Health Health (Insurance license is required within 4 weeks training period prior to selling)
  • Strong effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills accountability and follow through
  • Computer skills using Microsoft applications.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend off site assignments
  • Demonstrated time management and project planning skills
  • Must possess good problem-solving capabilities
  • Must be self-directed confident and sensitive to the needs of Medicare eligible populations
  • A high level of personal integrity and the ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Outlook Word for Windows desired and basic data entry/typing skills
  • Customer Relationship Management data system fluency desired
  • Knowledge of Excel (or comparable program) helpful

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dynamics experience
  • Bilingual desirable
  • Healthcare / health insurance experience

  • Call Center experience

Your key responsibilities:

  • Set sales appointments

  • Recruit attendance at group sales meetings

  • Respond to benefit inquiries and complete on-line enrollment applications for MVP Medicare prospects

  • Address prospect questions including eligibility benefit interpretation and cost sharing via inbound and outbound calls walk-in contact and written correspondence/email

  • Assure understanding level of each prospect/enrollee by providing clear complete and accurate information regarding assigned product benefits policies and procedures

  • Qualify each prospect according to departmental and federal guidelines

  • Meet accessibility and quality goals such as average speed of answer and abandonment rate

  • Document complete and accurate prospect records and process all appointments registrations and requests for information in CRM

  • Meet individual and team membership goals. Follow company and federal sales and marketing guidelines in all interactions with prospects

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer
