Make an Impact as a Speech Language Pathologist at BAYADA Home Health Care
**Up to $5000 Sign on Bonus**
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Tucson East Visits team. SLPs work with clients in their home craft treatment plans and apply innovative techniques to help them reach their goals. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients affording them the opportunity to remain at home. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion excellence and reliability. How Youll Make an Impact:
Perform thorough evaluations to assess diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions for clients who are experiencing speech language communication or swallowing difficulties
Develop a treatment plan based on the evaluation physicians orders and recommended goals
Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan and participate with BAYADA Clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan as appropriate
Educate and instruct patients family members or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the clients health safety and independent living
Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a BAYADA Speech Language Pathologist:
A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arizona
One year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
