DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:
A Chauffeur will be passionate about customer service guest safety and be a company ambassador while transporting guests to and from the airport as well as other destinations. They will set the tone of the guest experience by being the first person to welcome our guests to our properties and wish them farewell as they depart. A Chauffeur must exhibit a high level of professional polished and personalized guest service that embodies the companys brand standards and core values.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental property and corporate policies practices and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serves as an ambassador for Caesars Entertainment.
- Maintains a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Pick up and drop off guests on time and safely to predetermined locations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws policies and procedures.
- Assists guests in handling luggage and packages.
- Opens doors for guests as they enter and exit the vehicle.
- Maintains a clean and presentable vehicle.
- Assists guests with answering questions about events the resorts and amenities.
- Submits updated Nevada DMV report and drivers license as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Must have at least 1-year previous professional driving experience
- Skilled in the safe operation of limousines SUVs and all other vehicles in the fleet.
- Must have and maintain a clean DMV record.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Drivers License.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas area.
- Outgoing friendly personality.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a luxury hospitality setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to speak read and write in languages other than English.

- Must possess basic mathematical skills to include the ability to add subtract multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
- Engages others in general conversation tactics to build rapport quickly; can lead and adapt communication and presentation tactics to engage an audience; displays adaptable interpersonal skills for a wide range of audiences and stakeholders

Language Skills:
- Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests employees and members of management in English specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Fast-paced environment multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints.
- Must be able to handle a heavy business volume and sensitive situations relating to a team member candidate and guest problems in a timely manner.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
- Must be able to bend crouch kneel twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.
- Respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.
- Must be able to recognize and respond to individuals with questions.
- Must be able to maneuver around office and property.
