K.E.L.L.Y. Youth Services Inc. is a mission-driven organization providing OMHAS-certified behavioral health services to foster youth in a group home setting. We are committed to trauma-informed high-quality care and are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our small but dedicated clinical team.
Position Summary
The Contracted Clinical Manager will provide clinical leadership supervision and oversight to a team of Qualified Behavioral Health Specialists (QBHS). This role is essential in maintaining compliance supporting staff development and ensuring the delivery of effective trauma-informed services to fostered youth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of behavioral health services including:
- Diagnostic assessments
- Treatment planning
- Individual and group therapy
- Crisis intervention
- Supervise and support QBHS staff in accordance with OMHAS standards
- Deliver ongoing training including Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)
- Oversee case management treatment planning and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid billing and documentation standards
- Maintain accurate records in the agencys EHR (SimplePractice)
- Collaborate with leadership on program development and service delivery

Compensation:
This is a contracted position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $40$50/hour based on experience credentials and scope of responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Active LISW-S license (or equivalent) in Ohio
- Certified in Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)
- TF-CBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain cost covered by KYS)
- Experience with SimplePractice or similar EHR
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing and behavioral health documentation
- Demonstrated ability to train and supervise in a small team setting
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Should demonstrate confidence initiative and ownership in their role
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have valid drivers license
- Must be available to participate in monthly staff meetings and all licensing required training
- Must pass BCI criminal record check
- Must pass FBI criminal record check
- Must pass Ohio SACWIS Alleged Perpetrator of Child Abuse/Neglect Search as well as Alleged Perpetrator Search of any other state resided in within the past five years
- Must pass United States Department of Justice Sex Offender Search
