Responsible for pre-analytical analytical and post-analytical phases of testing. Follows standard operating procedures and ensures laboratory safety quality and regulatory requirements are met.Job Description
Collect laboratory specimens as needed. Process lab specimens and perform clinical laboratory testing including manual and automated methods in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures. Demonstrate skill in use of equipment relevant to position.
Demonstrate critical and independent judgement in decision-making and problem-solving. Demonstrate personal commitment to the principles values and ethics of the organization to promote a positive work environment. Seek personal learning opportunities. Recognize safety hazards and comply with all safety practices and protocols. Assist in training new staff. Serve as a laboratory resource. Perform other related duties as assigned. May be required to travel to other locations.
Qualifications
